Interior Door Manufacturing

Interior door production begins with precision-cut casing, shaped to exact work order specifications using a CNC trim saw. We assemble two vertical casing sides and one horizontal casing head into a “hoop” using a backnailer, then stage it for the production line. We machine jamb materials at our automated strike router and head-cutting station to ensure alignment with project specifications. Door slabs are selected and staged at the start of our horizontal door line, where we machine, hinge, label, and advance them through assembly. Strike and head jambs are joined at a clamping station that squares the frame and verifies dimensional tolerances. Once framed, we apply casing hoops, add corner protectors, and stage finished units for loading or direct placement in the trailer.

Exterior Door Manufacturing

Exterior door production begins with gathering frame components and machining them to specification at our CNC jamb prep center. Door slabs are staged and run through our CNC line, where we apply hinges and hinge jambs. The units then move to an assembly station to clamp, square, and confirm dimensional accuracy. Final steps include applying bracing, affixing shipping labels, and staging finished units for delivery.

Shipping

Prehung door units are loaded onto 53-foot trailers for jobsite delivery, with flexible options for live unload or dropped trailers. Moldings, boards, and hardware items are shipped via box vans, flatbeds, or direct-to-site delivery, providing efficient, project-specific logistics for every order.
