Brian North

General Manager

Brian North has over 40 years of experience in the millwork industry, including a 40-year tenure with Olathe Millwork. He has worked in all phases of millwork operations, including production, purchasing, sales, project management, and ownership. Brian studied business management and building construction at Brigham Young University and is especially proud of the long-lasting relationships he has built with employees and customers, many of which span more than 25 years.

Jeff Diehl

Operations Manager
Jeff joined Olathe Millwork in 2019 after previously serving as OLM’s Freight Broker. He brings eight years of transportation experience across LTL, flatbed, and dry van shipping methods, along with 11 years in telecommunications specializing in routing and project management. With 27 years of CRM experience and a strong operational background, Jeff contributes broad industry knowledge and leadership to OLM’s daily operations.

Senior Project Manager
Doug is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Olathe Millwork, bringing over 25 of dedicated service since joining the company in 1998. Fluent in Spanish, with deep technical knowledge in the millwork industry, he leads his own team managing residential, commercial, and specialty millwork projects with strong communication, reliability, and deep industry expertise. Known for exceptional customer service, Doug oversees each project from planning through installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship.
Jeremy Stone PM

Jeremy Stone

Project Manager
Jeremy joined Olathe Millwork in 2018, after spending years as a Project Manager designing interiors for hotels, theme parks, and restaurants including Qdoba and Blaze Pizza, while also operating his own cabinet shop building custom furniture, offices? , and kitchens. As a Project Manager for Olathe Millwork, Jeremy bids and manages multi-family projects for multiple clients. With experience designing, building, and installing commercial casework projects, he has an eye for quality and an excellent understanding of proper fit and finish.

James Mitchell

Warehouse Manager
Since starting at Olathe Millwork in 1995 as a box truck driver, James has advanced through a series of roles including Dispatcher, Operations Manager, and Over the Road Driver. In 2025, he became Warehouse Manager, overseeing all warehouse operations from receiving and pulling trim loads to loading trucks and daily logistics. With extensive millwork-industry knowledge in warehousing and trucking, James brings decades of expertise to Olathe Millwork’s operations.

Kevin Long

Purchasing Manager
Kevin has 40 years of experience in the lumber and millwork industry, specializing in multifamily projects. His background includes inventory management, outside sales, estimating, and purchasing roles. He has been with Olathe Millwork for six years as Purchasing Manager contributing extensive product knowledge and proven industry know-how to ensure efficient sourcing, both domestic and import, and reliable project support for clients nationwide.
Bryan Perez Asst Ops Manager

Assistant Operation Manger
Bryan has accumulated over 18 years of machinery production expertise and seven years of project coordination. He has been with Olathe Millwork for four years primarily overseeing production operations and machine maintenance, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Known for his strong leadership in the warehouse, Bryan excels at managing workflows and ensuring products are completed and shipped on time.

Rick Rizzo

Assistant Branch Manager
Rick has been with Olathe Millwork/Pacific Mutual Doors for almost a decade. He has advanced from Inside Sales and Customer Service to Office Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and now Branch Manager. Bringing prior experience from woodwork manufacturing and studies in electronics, Rick has managed projects ranging from custom residential doors to multi million-dollar commercial work. He especially enjoys historical and residential restoration, while drawing on strong skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

Gary is a seasoned construction professional with 37 years of experience in inspection, project management, and estimating. Known for clear communication and strong technical insight, he excels at leading projects and solving complex challenges. Since 2019, Gary has supported project execution at Olathe Millwork, following two decades at Re-View Windows. Gary holds a Master of Science Construction Management from Pittsburg State University.

Koby Werner

Project Estimator
Kobe is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Manufacturing. He began his career at Olathe Millwork immediately after college and has since become an influential member of the team. As a Project Estimator, Kobe excels at analyzing each project’s unique requirements, developing accurate material takeoffs, and providing detailed, reliable estimates that support efficient planning and successful project execution.

Nathan Patterson is building on four years of construction industry experience in project management and estimating. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Wood Product Manufacturing from Pittsburg State University and serves as a Captain in the Kansas Army National Guard, demonstrating strong leadership and discipline. As an Estimator at Olathe Millwork, Nathan performs accurate takeoffs and provides reliable technical insight to support efficient, successful project planning.
