Interior Door Process Description
Our interior door production begins with precision-cut casing, shaped to exact workorder specifications using a CNC trim saw. Two vertical casing sides and one horizontal casing head are assembled into a “hoop” using a backnailer, then staged for the production line. Jamb materials are machined at our automated strike router and head cutting station, ensuring alignment with project specs. Door slabs are selected and staged at the start of our horizontal door line, where they’re machined, hinged, labeled, and advanced through assembly. Strike and head jambs are joined at a clamping station that squares and verifies
Exterior Door Process
Exterior door production begins with gathering frame components and machining them to spec at our CNC jamb prep center. Door slabs are staged and processed through our CNC line, where hinges and hinge jambs are applied. The units then move to an assembly station that clamps, squares, and confirms dimensional accuracy. Final steps include applying bracing, affixing shipping labels, and staging for delivery.
Logistics Description
Prehung door units are loaded onto 53-foot trailers for jobsite delivery, with flexible options for live unload or dropped trailers. Moldings, boards, and hardware items are shipped via box vans, flatbeds, or direct-to-site delivery, ensuring efficient and tailored logistics for every project.
Warehouse Description
Our newly expanded 135,000-square-foot facility features motion-controlled LED lighting, 14 loading docks, and a drive-in bay to support high-volume operations. The production floor houses four lines of industry-leading CNC equipment from Full House, Kval, and Norfield—enabling precision machining and streamlined throughput across both interior and exterior door processes.
